Dan was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania and has a passion to see the church equipped to make disciples of Jesus both locally and around the world. As a child, he responded in faith to the message of salvation, but it wasn’t until his early twenties that the sovereign grace of God became the central shaping influence of His life.
 He is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College and has taken numerous courses through C.C.E.F and completed several internships and church residencies prior to entering ministry. He began serving as the Associate Pastor at Ephrata Bible Fellowship in 2017 before being called to serve as the Lead Pastor in 2022. Some of his top theological influences include Martin Lloyd Jones, George Mueller and Charles Spurgeon. He is passionate about expository preaching and Scripture based prayer. His favorite passage of Scripture is Romans 8.
Dan and his wife Lynnea and enjoy ministering together and raising their four children: Miriam, Natalie, Lewis and Nolan.

Dave was born and raised in Southern New Jersey where he came into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ by faith at an early age.  He was strongly influenced in his walk with God by his youth group and interaction with a variety of missionaries.  He is passionate about helping people grow in their faith relationship with Jesus and putting that faith into loving action.
He is a graduate of Lancaster Bible Collage and Biblical Theological Seminary (now called Missio Seminary).  He served as a full-time associate pastor in three churches over 26 years and 6 years in missions before being called to Ephrata Bible Fellowship Church.
Dave enjoys reading fiction for fun and loves studying the Jewish culture of the Bible.  He also enjoys serving together with his wife, Kim.  Together they raised 2 boys and are now enjoying every opportunity they have with their family and grandchildren.

Rick was an Airforce baby, getting his start at Baker’s Air Force base in Sacramento, California.  He grew up in the Baltimore area and attended the University of Maryland, majoring in
horticulture. Rick and his wife Gail have 4 adult children and 5 grandchildren. The family moved to Lancaster County PA in 1991, and a few years later the Lord led them to EBFC. Rick
previously served as a deacon at Baptist churches in NY and MD and spent a few years as a deacon at EBFC before becoming an elder. Rick retired (mostly) in September of 2023, and is now the short-term mission coordinator for a ministry that serves in southeast Asia, and volunteers with Gail at Bible Adventure. Rick’s most often read books of the Bible are Hebrews, Psalms and Acts. Rick’s hobbies include gardening, racquetball, softball, working out and spending time with the grandchildren.

Bryan grew up in Terre Hill, Lancaster County where he attended Evangelical Congregational Church and was an active member in the youth group, the choir, and provided special music. He graduated from York School of Technology with an associate degree in Drafting and Design. Bryan and his wife Judi have three adult children and 1 grandchild. Bryan has been attending EBFC since 2000 and rededicated his relationship with Christ through Baptism in 2002. During his time at EBFC Bryan participated in the drama ministry, provided special music with his gift of playing the trumpet, been a leader in various AWANA groups and served on the deacon board. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, hiking and spending time with his family.
