Pastors & Church Staff

Dan Krall

Lead Pastor

Dan was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania and has a passion to see the church equipped to make disciples of Jesus both locally and around the world. As a child, he responded in faith to the message of salvation, but it wasn’t until his early twenties that the sovereign grace of God became the central shaping influence of His life.
He is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College and has taken numerous courses through C.C.E.F and completed several internships and church residencies prior to entering ministry. He began serving as the Associate Pastor at Ephrata Bible Fellowship in 2017 before being called to serve as the Lead Pastor in 2022. Some of his top theological influences include Martin Lloyd Jones, George Mueller and Charles Spurgeon. He is passionate about expository preaching and Scripture based prayer. His favorite passage of Scripture is Romans 8.
Dan and his wife Lynnea have been married for 12 years and enjoy ministering together and raising their four children: Miriam (9), Natalie (8), Lewis (5) and Nolan (6 months).

Ben Ross

Bivocational Pastor

Pastor Ben Ross was born and raised in Northeast Ohio. Although blessed to grow up in a Christian home, it wasn’t until his freshman year in college that he truly understood the depth of his sin, as well as the depth of God’s love and grace, seen most clearly through the cross of Jesus.  He soon after felt called to ministry and transferred to Grove City College where he graduated with a degree in Christian Thought. After graduation, Ben and his wife joined a young church plant in Reading, PA where he ended up pastoring for close to 9 years. Ben currently serves EBFC as a bi-vocational pastor, his day job is with a commercial construction company where he is a senior project manager.  Ben and his wife Kelly have been married for over 20 years and they have four children, three of whom are teenagers. Besides serving the church, Ben enjoys running, good food, and good books. Some of Ben’s favorite pastors and authors are Alistair Begg, Tim Keller, Martyn Lloyd Jones, and Charles Spurgeon.

Justin Long

Family Ministries Director

Justin was born and raised in Lebanon County. He was blessed to have been brought up in a Christian home. God saved him when he was a young boy around the age of four. Growing up, Justin enjoyed going to church and being involved. It was during high school when he developed a strong desire to dig deeper into the Scriptures and minister to others. This culminated in him graduating from Lancaster Bible College with a degree in Student Ministry and Biblical Studies. Justin has served the church in various ways by teaching Sunday School, doing internships in youth ministry, being a camp counselor, etc. Prior to coming here, he served as a deacon at Lebanon Bible Fellowship Church. He has an evident calling and desire to minister to the youth and families of our congregation and believes God has been preparing him for this role. You may have seen him delivering your mail or moving a piano as he continues to work in the community. Justin enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, Rachel, and is a fan of the Philadelphia Phillies.
